Would you be able to measure the height of the roof rack from the roof to the tallest point and also the measurement of the rack itself?

Would you be able to measure the height of the roof rack from the roof to the tallest point and also the measurement of the rack itself?

I ran into this immediately as it doesn’t fit into my garage (76” opening). I measured 79.5”. The roof rack adds 3.5” over the top of the antenna.

JBL audio is pretty good. This vehicle is replacing a 2015 Grand Cherokee High Altitude and the audio is definitely better. I’ll try to get some pictures a little later.

There must be a bunch of FJ Cruisers missing their roof racks or someone screwed up and ordered way too many FJ roof racks just before they killed the FJ Cruiser and are looking for a way to get rid of them.

It's not the same roof rack. It looks similar in design but is not just a recycled roof rack.

Look at pictures of an FJ cruiser, they are clearly different.

-79.5” ground to top of rack
-3.5” from top of antenna to top of rack
- 6.75” top of roof (center line) to top of rack

The rack does look a little silly. I’d prefer a modular slimline rack like a front runner (afaik 4” tall).

Off-road premium with a front runner rack would likely fit in my garage nicely. Then again, parked in the driveway there’s more garage space for motorcycles =D

Cool vehicle. I actually tried to buy that vehicle last week when I saw it show up on autotrader as inbound to Burien but "it was already spoken for."
