Actually, always wanted a Cruiser. Would never mod it.

Yup...the ONLY mods that i would do is add rock sliders and BFG AT KO (in same stock size).

It ranks right up there with drum brakes on a $50k truck (Tacoma TRD Pro)....

Next year, they’re going to drop in a 3 speed transmission, AM radio and delete the A/C for the “Retro” edition. $140,000.

- remove lower side steps...good
- remove cooler in arm rest...good
- rims...meh
And, they'll charge a premium for it. I'm gonna wait. Maybe in 2020, they'll offer the 3rd row delete for less, like they do for the LX570.

I think we're going to see an all new model for 2020 or 21. Test mule new tundras are already running around. And it looks like they have moved to the new BOF shared architecture... probably with link and coil rear like the LC200.
What I find very interesting is that they're 6 lug not 5. Is Toyota going back to 6 lug with the Tundra LC200?? Would be nice to to have interchangeable stuff again. Makes an axle swap a whole lot easier if you wanted to upgrade!

I would love to know who buys these things..so I know exactly who to hate.
Most expensive/under-optioned SUV in existence..I'd take an 80's FJ60 anyday over this, sink $15k into a full restoration and still have $20k left over for the cabin up North lol.

Haha it's all supply and demand. If I could afford it, I'd be one of the people you'd hate haha. Everything is overpriced if one can't afford it. One day I hope to get a LC and it'll be my last vehicle if things go right!
