looks good. This is gonna be a highway driver so Im looking to run on factory suspension with no lift. Just looking for something wider than the 20x7 factory rims.

i just looked at his profile and the post showing is BR Peak Wheels. They look pretty good. Any one have satin, or matte silver 20x9 on a silver T4R? Want something similar to the factory limited rims.
 
What offset should I be looking for? Im going to run factory suspension. Want the wheels to be farther out then the factory setup but not rub. Should I be looking at something with negative offset? how much?

20x9 with negative 12 offset will put the wheel right at the fender. It will rub with 275/55/20 tires but can be managed with proper alignment and by massaging or cutting the fender liner. It sounds as though you want the wheels to stick out of the fender, which is exactly what I wanted. I went with a fully custom forged setup with a one off design. My wheels are 20x9 with negative 25 offset. They stick out approx 1/2 inch. Initially rubbed body mount, which resolved with alignment. It rubbed the front fender liner which a dremmel fixed. Very happy overall but an expensive route.

I want it to come out to fender, not stick out. Not many choices in 20x9 with -12 offset though.

Ah gotcha. My suggestion would be to peruse the build thread sticky. I think RiDE has a nice concave wheel XD setup with negative 12 offset.

Also you might want to check out Fuel wheels in addition to BR and XD. Haven't seen a 5th gen on 20" Fuel wheels yet.

the BR Sidewinder 20x9 -12 looks good on dark paint, but my T4r is silver and don't like black rims on silver. Looking for a machined face matte silver finish.

I've thought about it..Wondering how much that would be.

Not much choices on 20x9 with -12 offset. Wondering what 0 offset would look like. Im guessing it would be about a half an inch in, which may not be noticeable and may help with rubbing on the fender?

you could plasti-dip it, it will be a lot cheaper. A 9" width with 0 offset will definitely solve the rubbing but i like the look of the -12. You can tell the difference. At least I can.

I would guess around $200 for powdercoating. But you could also plasti dip them to see what color you like best.

I'm sure a less aggressive offset would help with running but your biggest contributor to rubbing is going to be tire size.
 
There's almost no options for a smaller size tires. You can run 275/55r20 in a continental lx20 or something similar and it should clear. The tires tread and type of tires makes a difference.

i will be driving mostly hwy so i need rubber thats gonna give me miles and not be too loud. I really want 20x9 -12 but want to leave me suspension alone.

I'm looking at right now are the XD Hoss with either the Cooper Zeon LTZ or Discover H/T Plus in 275/55/20.

Anyways, heres a pic of my new ride. I think a machined faced wheel will look good with the silver. I actually like the look/finish of the factory ones, just wish hey were wider. Trying to avoid chrome. Haven't seen many silver ones with black wheels.
