255/75/17 ..No lift pics wanted

Just got a slightly used '13 SR5 to play around with and mod slightly. Mostly will be used for getting around the hunting lease and camping, nothing major. First mod will be tire, I see many people running the stock tire size but havent seen many 255/75/17 pics...looks slightly skinnier and a little taller then stock.

The stock tires are almost to big and have next to no clearance in the front wells under lock.

Anything bigger will rub.

If you want big tires, lift the truck.

Not against lifting the truck, last 4runner was a lifted 3rd gen that I had lots of fun with. Not looking to go as tall this time.

Hi Shooter, (And a big "Congratulations"!!)

"What's wrong with these?"... (but only in a 17 incher?) I believe they're around 32-33 inch dia.

...They're 'Good*Year Eagle LS-2's 275/55 R20' ON STOCK (limited) rims, "NO LIFT" and are AMAZING on road; particularly at Higher speeds (75 and up)! Price(?)... was good@ $760.00 for four inclu/mount & Bal and GdYr "mail-in Rebate" ($80.00) On Good-year ("spend how you want") credit card!

...and I sold my stock "Yokohama Geolandars" w/3,000 orig miles on them. NOTE: I can get them to rub the liner but I need to hit an entrance ramp hard while cranking the steering wheel to the stops. "Once again, congrats!"

Congrats!
275/75/17's are only 32.1" diameter compared to stock 31.6" and should fit no problem with or without a lift as long as your talking about stock wheels. I had BFG KO's in 275/70/17 which are 32.2" on stock SR5 wheels and didn't rub at all with or without a lift.
