28's build thread

Clean 4Runner. I love a white vehicle. Does anyone else think that this is the height they should have come with stock? Damn that looks nice.

Thanks and I agree. This is just the right height for me personally.. Just waiting to wear out these tires to go to a more agressive tread down the road :hatsoff:

Which Slime compressor did you mount? I imagine running power to it was simple as well?

Im not for certain since I've had it for like almost 3 or 4 years but it cost me like 60 bucks at wallyworld. Have it simply hooked up to my 12V outlet. I mainly use it to air up my quads and have used it only a few times for my truck. But it's held up fine and been a pleasant surprise..

Real nice! Did those hubs fight you any coming off?

My drivers side did a little but eventually came off no problems. Was easier than expected actually.

Can you post more info on the under carriage lighting? Truck looks amazing!!

Have to check but I want to say 3 1W LEDs on each side and the rears are 25W I think. All wired to positive with fuse and relay in switch under dash.. The LEDs actually cost me more than the rears but came in a solid machined aluminum casting. Simply ran my wires along the frame rails and zip tied everything then shrink wrapped all the connections.

Thanks for the compliments guys.. :)

My own homemade load bars. Made them to be able to use for various loads but mainly for my kayak and roof top tent.. Also retouched my grill..

hey I live in Amarillo! Nice to see other modded 4runners in the area.

Also saw your thread about the scoobs. About a year ago had a 02 WRX with an STI swap, forester suspension, and general grabbers haha.

That's cool.. I liked the Scooby but just hated it for long trips.. You got pics of your ride up anywhere?
