No need to apologize. This site is easy pickins for Bots and you have to admit you sounded a bit like one. We are just normal humans here. I had a misfire recently and a new set of aftermarket injectors made everything right again. As a fallible human, I tried ALL the 'easy' stuff first. Not saying that's your issue. Have you cleaned your MAF?

Yes I did. Actually I already replaced the MAF sensor by an OEM.
Today the check light turned on again. I will check what the codes at the end of the day
Today just have 2 codes: P0300 and P0305.
When I installed the new cables and spark plugs, I moved the coils 1 cylinder forward : 1 to 3, 3 to 5 and 5 to 1. If I have a bad coil, is that possible the damage coil cause a misfire just in the cylinder 5 and not at cylinder 2?

Like in my case, I am leaning towards injectors. It seems to be our time. Pretty sure I was on the original set until recently (260k).

Yes the misfire will follow to the cylinder you moved the coil to, or it's companion cylinder. Had this on a 96. Miss in cylinder 5 but not 2. Moved coil to cylinder 1, it missefired on 1 but not 4.
Today something unexpected happened. I had a birthday party planned this Sunday, the place is 45 minutes from my house. Before the party, I went to Home Depot to return a rented equipment and didn’t noticed any misfire. During the 45 minutes trip, no misfire felt. After birthday party, when I was driving back home the check lights at panel spontaneously turned off! The car is driving smoothly again.
A day before, I filled up my tank at a different gas station (and put premium gas). I don’t know if if have something related, but probably had something at fuel injector causing the issue (??) and the different fuel clean it (??).
I planned swing by Toyota dealer tomorrow afternoon to buy a new replacement coil, but now I will wait a little bit more.
By the way, have any of you ever used those high mileage fuel treatments ?
Worth it? Helps clean injectors? Or the risk to damage something don’t make sense?

Quick update: misfire fixed!
After replaced the spark plugs and wires, still had a codes P0300, P0305, P0100 and P0110(before P0305 I had P0301, I moved the coil at cylinder 1 to cylinder 5 and the misfire code follow the bad coil).
I bought an OEM ignition coil and replaced, I had driven the past week and no codes showed anymore.
Next step is timing belt replace.
