3rd gen front bearing blown 4x4 need help please

I Just had the runner lifted on Saturday and now its grinding, and almost immediately there was a grinding noise. Started tearing up my rotor. I am waiting to tow it home as I speak. I jacked it up and there is a lot of play with the tire off the ground.

I've heard that 4x4 bearing replacements are a lot harder to do. Anyone know of a thread out there breaking down the replacement of it? Or some input to help me, I would much appreciate it as I can't afford the 350 that the mechanic quoted me at. 3.8 hours.

1997 4x4 v6 5spd

Do you have ABS?
I got a complete spindle 4x4 with 140 K miles.

Are you sure it's a wheel bearing?

It happens I'm sure but I'm still on my originals at 225k miles with no issues.

Turns out the nut was loose (really loose) and that was causing everything to move around and make me think that the bearing was bad.
I think that the place that lifted my truck loosened the nut with the hopes that I would bring it back and they could charge me for doing the bearings.
I just had to replace my rotors and tighten everything up and I was good to go again.
