Interested in the light mounts. What size do they fit for the railing?

Im looking at buying a rack from whitmetalworker (i think thats his username or something close to that. Check his products out though if you're looking for a roof rack, almost half the price of name brand racks and still retains great quality).

The main support strap mounts are designed to fit a 1" diameter tube and the secondary mounts are designed to fit a 1/2" diameter tube.
