Did a little testin today with the new LC coils and 4xinnovations sliders, and my custom rear bumper(work in progress)
Looks good man. I gotta finish my bumper too. I'm liking the wheels, 18's?

Nothing really new...just got a pair of TRD license plate frames off of ebay.
And a side pic of the runner after 4 months and 2k miles of driving with the Ultimate Lift settled:

Pu'owaina/Papakolea/Tantalus local. Looking at your runner and it's surrounding brings my sense back home. I really miss it.
Your care and attention given to your runner is evident, it looks great.
I'm on the Big Island atleast a couple time a year, perhaps one day it would be great to see your 4Runner, grind down some local food and talk story. LOL
Anyother mod plans?

awpsome: no I didn't change my tires...yet. Working out a deal with a forum member for a set of 5 Star wheels. Once I get those, I'm gonna upgrade the tires to 265/75/16 Duratracs. Can't wait! :jump:
8sm: Haha, yeah let me know when you're on the Big Island so we can meet up!! Ahhh too bad I couldn't see your runner in person...it looks soooo sick!!
Right now I only have plans to change the wheels/upgrade tires on the 4Runner in the near future. Later on I wanted to install a TRD catback and change the factory speakers out as the factory ones are getting pretty tired. Other than that I don't really have any other big plans for it as of now...LOL but my Taco on the other hand is another story...I want to get the Ultimate Lift for it, get a new stereo, speakers, and the list goes on...haha.

Did you happen to buy that rig from a guy in Texas? If so I hope you didn't pay more than $8000 for it. If you did, you got ripped off. He bought it from the owner of Toytec for $7500. Then posted it up on craigslist for $10,000. What an *********. But it is a nice rig, I've seen it in person.

Finally got the trim (spray on bed-liner), rims, grill, and emblems (Plasti Dip) painted. Got the windows tinted. Also picked up the roof rack and lights for cheap on craigslist. The rack is a bit wide but I think it looks fine.

I had a 99 isuzu trooper which i did the same thing to. Loved the look silver with black wheels and trim, nice runner you did a great job :thumb3:
