3rdtime at dealer. Sunroof rattle still not fixed. Now what?

Sunroof has been rattling to some degree since about 2,000 miles. It rattles when vented and going over the slightest bump. They had the thing the last time for 8 hours only to tell me they needed parts. They ordered the plastic sunroof garnish on the sides. I was 100% sure this was not the issue. They tell me its done today and say "well make sure you use it a lot to break it in" or some other BS. I knew before I got in truck it would be the same. It was. If I push up on sunroof while its vented it wont rattle. It sounds metal on metal. I have no faith Toyota corporate will be of any help but will try that next. Anyone have this type issue on their sunroof? It's a 2013 with 19,000 miles

A few others have experienced sunroof rattling for various reasons (loose front roof rack cross bar, loose hex bolt under molding, lubrication needed, etc. )

I'd do a search, make a list and start crossing off possible sources..
