4Runner 2010 Rear Door Flare Replacement

Hi,

I am new to this forum and new to "Do-It-Yourself" type of car care.
I lost my right rear door flare/moulding on a snow bank.
I found a company on-line that supplied the missing parts including the clips and I got my order shipped.
Now I am looking for some instructions on how to safely install the missing part.I search this forum and the Web for specific instructions but could not find them.
Can you point me to specific instructions for 4runner 2010 rear door flare installation?

yea mine is loose on both my rears.. one taken out by a branch while backing up on a trail the other.. when my bumper came down on a rock on a trail LOL.. i'm tempted to just superglue the fu#$%^s back in place
