Toyota has known for a long time that appearance is more important for some people. Isn't that why they made the pre runner series in the first place? To give the look of a 4x4 without the cost. If you like the look of your truck that's all that matters. You'll see that no matter what you have, trail,pro,Sr, someone will say you made a wrong choice. Enjoy

There's more use for a 2wd truck than just trying to look the 4x4 part. And you're describing Toyota's packages, which is one thing, but this is a distributor (namely Gulf States Toyota) doing these silly "editions". In my opinion, it's gaudy, and inauthentic.

And that's fine. I don't have a fancy suspension. My point is you can almost always get the same wheels and tires for less than these packages cost. But I'm sure rolling it all into the note is popular for people as well. Here's the link for the T-Force fact sheet.

For the record, this T Force is not mine and will not be mine. I'm waiting on a TRD PRO to come in.

I'm glad you said that. I'm sure (know) some on here poo poo the TRD Pro, but for someone who doesn't want to get into modifications themselves and just wants a better suspension, the Pro is fine. These ridiculous GS Toyota packages on the other hand...

Texas is full of the TSS Tundra's....
My wife and I bought her a Tundra last summer and one of the dealers kept trying to push a TSS packaged truck on us. It was going to cost us an additional $6,000 dollars for black wheels, big AT tires, spray on bedliner, and a couple of decals. We politely said, "Thanks but no thanks."
