I just saw the inferno for the first time. TRD Pro 4 Runner just passed by my office on Heights Boulevard in Houston. Pictures do that color no justice. It was MUCH nicer than I expected in real life! I loved it!

It's pretty wild, I will say when it gets dirty it looks fantastic.

Have to say, I agree with you. I've always been pretty anal about keeping my cars clean. One reason I chose the Inferno was that I was hoping it would hide some dust a bit better than the black or white would.
It's been at least a month since I've washed it and it has dirt and mud splattered all over it and it still looks awesome! It's like the truck was meant to look this way and that shiny and clean is almost a disservice to it.

We hit a rainstorm on the way home from 4 days in the SE Oregon desert, by the time we rolled into Portland it looked like the car was clean again.

Ok -- just put down a deposit on an Inferno that's due in at the end of June.

If I like it after test drive I'll be trading in my Silver 2011 Limited.

After a few days delay at port, my 4Runner came in on Monday afternoon! All in all it was two weeks from order to delivery, so not bad at all! This will be replacing my '89 FJ62 Land Cruiser as my daily driver.
I am floored by the handling, ride, and overall feel of the truck Aaaaand now my wife now wants one...

The Solid feel of the truck is really amazing, far more solid even then older Four runners. Definitely no Chevy truck :flypig:

i've owned two 4Runner's and loved them both. My current Limited is fantastic but I'm really looking forward to experiencing the Pro I just put a deposit down on. I'm pretty excited.

Has anyone actually test driven a Pro and didn't like it? I can't imagine that when mine arrives at the end of June that I'll say "nah,...just not doing it for me give me my deposit back". I really like my 2011 Limited but I'm expecting the Pro to kinda blow me away.

to me it felt the same as a TE w/kdss... nothing macigally different, couldnt really tell it was an inch higher in the front. with that said the 14-1 runners (ALL OF THEM) are tighter feeling than the 10-13 (EVEN WHEN NEW)... just has a more solid feel. You will like it Im sure

Yeah, I'm sure I'll love it,....I'm pretty excited actually. It's very out of the box color wise for me too -- I thought about it last night -- with the exception of one (a redish brown Honda civic) every vehicle I've owned as been either black, white or silver. Inferno orange,.....I'm sure my wife's gonna be like,...."wtf?"

my neighbors limited certainly drives/rides different than my pro - their's feels tighter/stiffer whereas mine feels more truck like and has more noticeable roll/bounce. mine feels *softer*

also, tire pressure seems to play a noticeable roll as well. @36psi you can feel the expansion joints/cracks - @ the doorjam recommended 32 that feeling is gone and its much nicer
