4runner TRD Pro

Well, I put down a deposit on Monday for a white TRD Pro. The GM emailed me last week and said they had just received a Tundra TRD Pro that another one of their dealerships in Charleston was wanting and that dealership had a white 4Runner TRD Pro coming in this month. I gave him the affirmative, the Tundra was shipped out that day, and the 4Runner came into port this week and will arrive at the dealership here this coming Monday! I'm a *little* excited.

This will be my first new car since 1997. I think it will compliment my '89 FJ62 quite nicely!

Thank you for the info. I did try to build one and check the inventory after it, the website spans and then freezes. I guess it is because there is no one close to my postal code. Anyway, that was good info.

Mine was freezing and then I did it again on a desktop with firefox and no problem. I think it's either safari or iPad that's getting hung up and causing it to freeze.
To be sure, I just tried again on ipad and no go but worked like a charm on desktop. Anyway, give it a shot with another device...

Iowa seems to get lots of TRP Pro's got mine back in February from the Toyota dealership in Waterloo. It's weird though, when I got my TE back in 2012 I had to go out of the region (to Chicago) to get one as they don't sell TE's in the region Iowa belongs too. Weird that they would get PRO's as there is even less reason for them in Iowa then say Arizona.
I guess it all boils down to the volume of cars the dealer sells. The better they do they get allotments for PRO's.

The day I picked mine up they already had another allotted to the dealer on it's way from Japan.

So if you guys still are trying to find one, try to get a hold of a toyota dealer in your region that does high volume car sales, not tiny dealers.

Just got done getting it Teflon Ceramic coated.

I sent it to my buddies detailing shop to get done, I'll ask him when I talk to him again.

Great. It looks awesome. I love the mirror you can get out of black. I once had a 67 Camaro that was triple black laquer (in the 80's). We used to have a product back then called "Liquid Ebony" that would blow your mind. It hasn't been made for years and I don't know what is comparable these days.

I would like to know, how you guys have such awesome Nav Screens?

Get a usb flash drive. Make two new folders, name one StartupImage and the other DisplayOffImage (case sensitive). Drop up to three images into each folder- no more than 5mb each i believe and they have to be jpg or jpeg. Take the flash drive and plug it into your car. Select the settings button from the home screen (upper right cog looking icon). Then select General. Scroll down to the image you want to customize, start up or display off. Upload your images and select the one you want active. Badabing badabang:tongue:
