Oh yuck.
Its missing a roof mounted gun turret on the spec sheet...
thanks for that. I was asking about the TRD PRO though. I have a hard time believing they are exactly the same but maybe I'm just pessimistic. Call it too many "bolt ons" that never quite bolted on

I have a 4x4 labs bumper that I'm not-so-patiently waiting on that's going on a Pro. I'll post pics when I'm done.
I special ordered and put a deposit on a 2016 T4R TRD Pro in Black Metallic/triple black. I dont have much confidence in the dealer i ordered it from as you can see. They said they would call me in a week or so. Said it would take 6 to 8 weeks to get. I never special ordered a vechicle before, my last car was on a showroom floor, so i bought it right off the floor. What can i expect from the dealer?
Crap, so this means i should expect a phone call saying they cant get black, only super white or inferno. I ordered and put a deposit on it on 9/12, the sales contract says: Exterior color: Black, Interior: Black with the total cost of the vechicle and the tax amount.

Wait a second, you think that a TRDP has different mounting points than the other 5 models?
Lawdy Jeebus, really?
IT'S THE SAME FRACKING TRUCK.
The only unique model is the LE with its full time 4WD Kung Fu treachery.
LOL hell I know that  why you quoting me? :biggrin1:
So you got a bumper that will cause you to lose one of the more expensive and key parts of the TRD .

they are exactly the same!I'm sure all the mounting points are the same. It's the plastic pieces I'm concerned about.
they are exactly the same!
It isn't OPINION it is FACT. The only thing difference is the cut of the upper grill and the garnish! neither of which come into play for a bumper, both of which are 100% interchangeable without any modifications. You can either believe that or you can chase the fuqqin rainbow farting unicorns around the interwebz.listen, you don't own a TRD nor do you know anyone that has mounted one of those bumpers, correct? That being said we can go around and around and you are mostly likely correct that everything is the same but until someone reports here they had no issues it doesn't matter what either of us post. You are not going to convince me they are exactly the same and I am not trying to convince you they aren't.
The TRD bumper and grill is different than the regular 4runners. Again, that doesn't mean they aren't 100% interchangeable.
I do appreciate your opinion but it's simply that, an opinion..for now..and I do hope you are correct!
