Can you guys check something for me? The bushing for the front strut, is there a top spacer or a top and bottom spacer?

Reason I ask is because I can't seem to find anyone else with top and bottom, and the non pros only have top spacers.

Yes. Wonder why I have a top and bottom? Without the bottom, the top washer can't tighten down enough to even touch the bushing.

Didn't you install the Toytec spacer kit? Maybe it got put there when the coil got reassembled?

You should not have two spacers there. Did you do that or the dealership?

I do have the kit, but I installed it. If I remove the bottom spacer, there's about a spacers worth of space when I fully tighten...if that makes sense

No, there was a top and bottom washer before I installed the kit.

I did. I went down to the dealership earlier today and showed them. They checked and they said they have no idea. It's obviously not that big of a deal either way I don't think, but I'm curious on why it seems like I'm the only one with a bottom spacer.

Doesn't look like your bushing is seated fully with that bottom washer. See how compressed it is with only the top washer.

You should have the one washer on top & then the other washer goes on the inside of the coil where the shock rod passes through the mount. The inner washer will then push up against the rubber bushing that is on the inside of the coil.

Yes, pretty sure that's how we put it back together....well, taking it apart Monday to check...
