Going through old posts on this thread, found this post from 1engineer back in 2015. Any predictions for the 2018 TRD pro ?

Except almost no one is getting that deep of a discount. Most on here are paying MSRP. A few are reporting $500 below. Maybe a handful have gotten deeper discounts. At least that's what they say on the internet...
Limited supply of these things leaves zero reason for a dealer to sell for much less than MSRP. Never hurts to try though.

I got $1,500 off MSRP on a vehicle that had to be ordered. I've read other getting $2,000 and more off on a Pro. Some of it is based on regional sales trends, I agree. I actually had two dealers willing to do the same deal for me. And I'd actually never pay MSRP or over for a vehicle, but that's just me.
I have contacted dealers all over the us when looking for mine. I found a couple of the listed below msrp but the dealers usually said they were sold. I think really they do that just to get you to contact them. I think most people are paying msrp and that is on top if you can even get one. I got mine by luck because some backed out of their order. It was also had to find one in cement which is the only color I wanted.
I have a white one coming in from Olympia sometime early March.. The original guy backed out and Olympia called and asked if I wanted it.

I contacted dealers in Nevada, California, Colorado, Minnesota and Wisconsin. Nevada and California were all marking up 3-8k. Minnesota and Wisconsin said they would do MSRP, but had no allocations coming this year. I spoke to 2 dealers in Colorado, one said they were doing a non refundable deposit (forget that) and the other called me back with a cement allocation at MSRP. Took it.

OK fellas, not sure who is still looking for a TRD Pro, but I had one allocated to me back in January. Sales guy was was going to sell it to me at MSRP, but want $995 for paint and Fabric protection(BS Markup). Being that everyone in CA wanted 10k markup, I told him I wanted it. It just showed up and my sales guy emailed me telling me it was ready. I am about to reply and tell him that I am not going to purchase it. It is located in Northern CA and it is CEMENT. PM to get his contact info please, I don't want to publish his personal cell#

I did get one. Since I never put a deposit down for the one at Toyota 101, I kept looking. I actually thought the guy was just doing his typical sales guy routine just to keep me in the data base. I found one 2 weeks after and was able to purchase my 2017 Cement. Some dude had ordered it, but when it showed up, he changed his mind and wanted a Jeep SRT8 instead. I got lucky and called at the right moment. They actually told me it was sold, but called me back 5 min later telling me dude changed his mind. So I drove up and picked mine up. I never thought Toyota 101 was going to come through. Here is mine, made a pit stop in Gorman the way back.

Really like the Borla. Had a TRD Cat on my 05 T4R. Was loud and droned. Only thing I liked was the side exit. Had the Borla on my 14 TE and now on this and very happy. It's quiet, just a little louder then stock and no drone.
