4runner TRD Pro

I ran the Nitto TG's on several vehicles, LC 80 series, LC 100 series, Jeep JKU Rubicon, and a FJC. Lived in W. Colorado. They did very well in the snow (as well as can be expected for an all terrain tire)

So I'm looking to upgrade and order new tires for my rig. I saw first hand how shitty the stock nitto's are in the snow so am definitely trying to get ahead of the next season.

Is it true that the BFG KO2 All Terrain's are also snow rated? I was planning on ordering the 275/70R17 and am hoping they are both snow rated (there a specific version of the tire I need to order??) and fit on without any trim.

Yes, they have the 3PMS marking on them.

My KO2s did great this past winter.

Quick question!

Unfortunately here in Ontario we required to display front license plate. Is there a plate holder that I can find that mounts for the grill's side instead of front bumper? I want to make request to my dealer no to drill any holes.

Same story for me here in Texas! I didn't have them drill any holes in the front. You can get black Zip-ties and connect your front place to the bottom of the grill!

Done, just emailed my dealer. I had same requests previously for two of last sport rockets but they had tow hook mounts so it was easier.

First two pros i had i had the fromt plate bracket on. This time i told them not to drill the front. Looks way better imo without the plate drilled.

face palm, dealer in cincinnati recently had one for about two weeks and another has one coming this week. I would've purchased it but we picked up a sr5 premium a few months ago. Its pretty much murdered out already just need to do the roof rails. Only issue is its my wife's suv and she doesn't want me to have the same suv. So considering a 17 tundra pro cement or white, would prefer black though

Performance, and Beechmont right? When I started looking for mine there where non to be had around locally. Weeks later two did pop up, but that's the way it goes I guess. I got mine up in Columbus, which is just an hour away, so of course I jumped on it.

Ugh. Mine has apparently been sitting at the port since 7/31. The dealer doesn't know why it hasn't left yet, much less arrived here on the east coast. Anyone ever heard of this happening? Dealer said 'all the 4runners got held up at port for unclear reasons.

If you're serious about the tundra you should act soon. My dealer told me the tundra pro is no more for 2018.

It's normal.... I have seen guys here have their 4R's sit for weeks before they have the wheels/tires, suspension, etc installed. You have to factor in customs's, and how busy the port is with scheduling the install work. Mine took nine days from vessel arrival to port process. Some are processed quicker then others. Hang in there....

Craig over at Performance texted me to let me know they got the Tundra Pro in. They have had it for three weeks now.
