If you want to mount your 40", you'll have to wait a little bit until we make them. Not sure on how soon we will have the 40" 4th gen mounts, hopefully in the next few weeks, so it's up to you.

I'm about ready to start taking orders for these 50" mounts and the lead time will be a week (powder coating lead time) then they will ship. Going to do a "big" batch of them so I will have them on the shelf to ship so we can keep the shipping lead time within a day or two instead of a week.

Okay thanks for the heads up. Depending on pricing, I might just hold out for the 40" brackets since I already have the bar and its wired up. I don't mind waiting.

hey i know everyone likes the look of having the bar as far forward as possible and the major concern is leakage passed the self tappers, what if you slide the mounts further back to utilize the front roof rack mounts and picked the bar up even with the cross bars or possibly mounts that will slide into the groves of the roof rack. i mean itll get tricky for those running baskets or aftermarket racks but having mutilple attachment points is whats really gonna sell your product to those questioning this set up.

Finished the final mock up yesterday, and they are good to go! Finally! I'll update with pics here in a little bit. Going into production next week, lead time to ship is (1) week due to powder coating until I can get some on the shelves. I'll update or start a new thread with pricing and tag all you guys in it who are interested. Thanks to everyone for their patience!

No, since they are not done yet and haven't been mounted to a truck yet either.

I have a roof top bar on my 3rd gen that uses our 3rd gen mounts and I have zero wind noise. I haven't heard anyone complain about wind noise with the 3rd gen mounts, and the 4th gen mounts mount the bar in the same location. So, we shall see, but I doubt it.

These are getting lasered and CNC bent, due to quality control to keep them perfect. ETA 1 week out.
