4th gen running board on 5th? will it fit?

I'm the new owner of a 03 V8 SR5, and my sister picked up a 2011 SR5 a few days ago, hers doesn't come with running boards. I've been trying to research up whether my running board will bolt up to hers? Does anyone happen to know if it's a straight install? or would I have to modify it? thanks in advance

assuming it wont work. The 5th gen running boards have brackets that mount onto the inner rocker, which I assume is way different than the 4th gens.
