I went with a setup from Wheelers of 6112s up front set at 1.3" and a 1/4 spacer on drivers for my UrbanRunner Sport. They said this should level out my 2.5" rear rake from stock at this point. I went with Icon 2.0vs in rear as the 5100 made no sense there for my needs. Time to rip out that XREAS...and via the proper quick disconnects, unlike every video I've seen.

Sorry if I’m repeating a recently asked question, but is anybody running, or know of someone running, a spindle lift with toytec rear coils? Any suggestions or comments on satisfaction with ride and height? Anybody have any pictures?

My Lift Decision
I finally pulled the trigger on a setup that just kinda fell on my lap for the most part, but figured I would share and see if anyone else had a similar setup and what their thoughts were. My goal is to fit 275/70/17 on this setup or at least something that will fill up the wheel well nicely. Don't need 12" of clearance above the tires.
2006 v6 4WD Galactic Gray, bull bar and 3rd row
Front
5100/OME 885 (wheelers 1/4" drivers side lean spacer)
Rear
Icon2/Icon52700
Hope to install at some point in March, time permitting.
Will a 275/70/17 KO2 fit without much modding? I plan to use factory wheels for starters
Will a 275/70/17 KO2 fit underneath as a spare tire (inflated) - I do have a factory tow hitch
This appears to be around a 3/2, but I think the KO2 dimensions are slightly bigger than listed on the suspension thread pg1:
3/2
275/70R17 (32.2 x 10.8)
285/70R17† (32.6 x 11.2)
255/80R17* (33 x 10)

Just get a Toytec 1/4” front spacer and an OME 10mm trim packer for the rear. That should do the trick

Forgot to reinstall Front "Lean" spacer.
Hey Everyone.
Sooo.. I just replaced the top mounts for my "strut" assembly. Rubber Gaskets were blown out after 5 years. Took photo prior to show the blown out gasket/rubber bushing.
As it got late I slapped everything together and now I realize I forgot to put the 1/4" spacer on the drivers side.
What's the consensus on how soon I should take it apart and get it back in there?
Sad thing is, I borrowed all the equipment to DYI the repair to save $$.

Also. GOBI Stealth Rack arrived this weekend. That install should be soon.

Thanks for the suggestion, I will make sure to order both those items! And this is just for the driver side right?

Correct. The trim packer goes on in the rear drivers side (top of the coil isolator which sits on top of the spring), then the 1/4” spacer goes between the strut mount and the coil isolator of the strut on the front driver side
After reading through the back half of this thread, my head is spinning. Finally said **** it, and ordered 5100 Bilstein shocks.

Decided against the OME and went with T1/T12. Any other parts I need like bushings stuff? If so, what are part numbers? I'm new to shocks and stuff so I'm trying to learn all the part names and stuff.
I just want a nice ride for light offroading, and to get rid of factory rake.

3" is about the max before you have problems with the UCA not giving good alignment numbers making it drive like crap. But YMMV.
I agree. It made no sense to me to spend all this money on parts and not go the distance and replace the bushings and washer stuff too. Ordered the KYB which I listed in my cost thread.

Also interested in this...Kelly at Wheelers told me they sould be around 1/2" lift, just wondering if that is how it actually translates to the real world along with the FJ TT setup I'm looking to install soon
