5100 instal problem

I just finished the fronts, before I had 33" on the drivers front and 33.125" on the passenger front. I used the 1.75" clip position and I have the spring cup orientated correctly, I can still see 1 grove above the spring cup after installation. The problem or question is that I now have 35.5" at the drivers front and 35.75 on the passenger front. All measurements were taking front the ground thru the center of the hub with a drywall T square. So did I screw something up or will it get closer to 1.75" after the alignment?

Thanks,
Ron

You didn't screw anything up. There is a little bit of a lean due to more weight being on the drivers side of your 4Runner than on the passenger side. It sounds like you installed everything correctly and the drivers side lean that you had from your stock shocks has continued to effect your rig after you put on the new shocks. Many people refer to this as the 'drivers side lean'.

Thanks for the replies, I was more worried that I ended up with 2.5" on the 1.75" clip. I took it around the block and came back and measured again, now it's more inline where I thought it should be. The drivers side is 34.75" and the passenger side is 35" I installed Daystars in the rear and everything works and rides great.
