1.75" front and no lift in rear will result in a nose high and even worse with any load in the rear.
My previous set up at 1.75" front and 1" spacer in the rear. Even with two passengers in the rear it will be perfectly leveled.
Compare and contrast photo: stock suspension up top and bottom is with 1.75" & 1" spacer.

This is a Trail, not an SR5. But the front 5100s are set to 1.75".
I originally made no change to the rear setup (other than installing the rear 5100s). It was dead level and looked great when it was empty, but I felt like it got a tiny bit "nose high" when carrying a full load in the rear or towing anything. So I went back in and added 20mm OME trim spacers to each rear coil to give it back just a little rake while still leaving the front 5100s set at 1.75". I've been really happy with this setup.

I just ordered some OME spacers for the rear. Question is, do I need to get realigned after just adding rear spacers? How much should I expect for install of these spacers?
I'm assuming you already got it aligned after you installed and adjusted the front 5100s? If that's the case then I don't think you need to get it aligned again if the only thing you're doing is putting the OME trim spacers in the rear. But if you're changing/adjusting the front again then you definitely need to get a new alignment.
I've also got one quick installation tip for you (or for whoever you have do the work for you). If you're installing 20mm trim spacers on each rear coil like I did, you're accomplishing this by stacking a pair of 10mm spacers on each side. This works fine once they're installed because these OME spacers are designed to be stacked, but keeping them together while you're trying to install them is a pain. It's way easier if you get some heavy duty spray adhesive from Lowe's or wherever, and stick each pair together before you start. Once they're installed, the glue becomes irrelevant because the tension from the springs keeps the spacers together. But sticking them together for purposes of the actual install process will save you some headache.
Thanks. I did get it aligned after getting the 5100's installed. I only have a pair of 10mm spacers, 1 for each side. Wondering if this will even do anything. Should since the rear springs are toward the center of the truck, right?
Adding the OME spacers to the rear springs will definitely make a difference. I personally chose to go with 2 stacked spacers on each side just because I liked that stance a little better, but that's obviously lust a matter of personal preference.

cowtown, your T4 is awesome! question: do you have wheel spacers installed? and did you do any fender trimming?
i just ordered the 5100 shocks, going to set at 1.75" front with a 1" rear spacer (similar to your 20mm setup). i also have the TRD wheels but with 265 KO2s. debating on adding spidertrax to the setup, i'm guessing some fender trimming will be required.
