5spd swap questions (w58)

i know you're wondering why a w58, but i already have it along with the SPEC stg 5 clutch kit and the turbo 6M to swap in.

1st: what manual transmissions came in the 3rd gen 2wd?

2nd: will a pedal kit from a tacoma swap in?

i just bought the 98 4runner that was previously swapped with a 2jz and th400

this is the engine, and in the background is the w58

2wd 5VZ's came with a R150. 2wd 3RZ's came with a W59.

I would recommend to sell the W series you have a pick up a R series.

Did you mean 7M rather than 6M? If so, find yourself a R154.

6M is the 3.0L version of the 5M, and the r154 works behind the 5m, 6m, and 7m, although it sucks in the shifting department. the w58 has done well with 450+hp, so i'm not worrier that it'll hold up. plus i want to use my SPEC stg 5 clutch setup.
