5th gen steering wheel audio controls sticking

Hi not sure how this happened, but the track control button is severely sticking. It works but sticks and its annoying. The other buttons on are fine, no sticking at all, so I think it might be a repair vs a clean. However I'd like to take a look at it if its straight forward to remove. Please let me know how to do this, image is attached.

This is not a common problem. I have not seen any threads where people actually take apart the controls on the wheel. If you are under warranty, you may have better luck at the dealer.

Try putting rubbing alcohol on a q tip, and letting it seep into the seam. Then press the button quickly and it should free up. Works all the time on controllers and such, normally just some dirt or gunk stuck under there

If the alcohol doesn't work, then tape the whole thing off except for the buttons themselves, then spray this stuff in there and work the buttons a bunch of times:

This stuff works well on everything mechanically electrical (buttons, slides, volume knobs, etc.), I've been using it for years!

It says its safe on plastics, but I'd tape the wheel off just to be sure it doesn't stain it.

Oh yeah, if you're using alcohol, make sure its ISOPROPYL, not ETHYL alcohol, and try to find 90% or better alcohol, the 70% is 30% water, which doesn't play well with the buttons once the alcohol evaporates away.
