The rear passenger window will go down but not up. I replaced the master swith and the window switch but still have the same problem. Not an electrical guy but am not sure what/how to diagnose this. It would seem that if it would go down then it should go up as the switch just reverses the polarity. Help???

Sounds like could be motor going or more than likely, the window regulator. I had the same problem one time and it was the regulator worn out.

Thanks, will be checking it out this weekend. But if the regulator was worn out wouldn't I hear the motor straining? I get nothing when using the switch. Also if that was the case how do I get the window out?

Check your wires behind your door panel for the switch, I had another vehicle, left the windows down and it rained. Big OOPS anyways the wires were corroded badly and would not complete the circuit.

ok the only thing i need is the plastic roller things that sit in the new channel guides for the windows. i have one plastic roller that goes on the metal ball end but one is missing can you get those seperate or need to find it with the whole geared arm????????????

So I disconnected the swith wire to the motor and using wires from my battery connected them to the motor wire, viola. window up. now it has to be some kind of corrosion somewhere... At least now I have some respite from the Oregon rain...
