96-99 tailgate relay module pinout

I can't find a schematic. Trying to chase loss of power to the module.

I could use some help to find out why my console switch doesn't work. I replaced a bad motor and in the process may have shorted something. I ID'ed some pins: key on, up/down (I think), battery constant, ground (perhaps). After changing the motor I only get power at the KEY ON pin. Fuses are good and the 2 grounds I can find look normal.

I am a wiring idiot, and have hit my ceiling.

96-98 is *VERY* different than '99-'02 in regards to the tailgate wiring. I'm assuming you are referring to a '99 based on your signature.

Assuming above is correct, here are the connections to the back door ECU that are easy to find (I may have missed some):

Pin# / Color / Function
3 / Yellow / Ignition Power (ECU-IG fuse)
1 / Blue / Constant Power
2 / Blue-Red / Ignition? Power (MPX-B fuse)
18 / Violet-White / MPX1 - multiplex communication wire
24 / Blue-Black / wiper motor negative
25 / Blue-Yellow / Wiper motor positive
22 / Gray / Wiper motor limit switch 2
23 / Gray-Red / Wiper motor limit switch 1
9 / Green-Red / tailgate control switch (rear keyhole for window up/down)
10 / Green-Yellow / tailgate control switch
13 / Red-Blue / back window limit switch (window has to be up for wiper functions)
26 / White-Black / Ground (white-black is almost always ground for Toyota)
11 / Red / back window motor
12 / Green / back window motor
4 / Pink-Green / to keyless buzzer (in engine bay, I think)
5 / Pink-Black / to keyless buzzer

Hopfully that helps.
