I took a dremmel knock-off, cut a groove across the top of the screw head (not so deep to make the head fall off though) and then got them out with a large flat head screwdriver. The phillips heads strip all the time.
Anyone have the spec on what these screws are, I'm getting mine out and they aren't coming out in a condition I'd want to reuse them.
These are what I used to loosen the pillar grab handle bolts. Using a drill or impact driver, they grab and lock onto the OUTSIDE of the bolt, so it doesn't matter whether hole is stripped or not. Worked perfectly.
Heat them up with a high power soldering iron. Just make sure to stop when the plastic seems to be getting too hot or starts to melt. Direct heat contact and heat transfer with the tip of a soldering iron will break the threadlocker down.

Damn I hate these stupid bolts! I made the mistake of trying to use an impact on these and have now rounded the head. There isn't much room in there to torch it with heat. Would love to hear more tips of what you guys have tried to get this out after stripping the head!
I didn't know they made JIS driver bits! Do you remember where you got them?I use JIS screw driver bits in my mini battery impact driver. They spin right out. I also have JIS screw driver as well..
