ABS light in 4 low

I've tried a search but I couldn't find this specific issue addressed. I'm just wondering if anyone else has noticed it.

2014 Trail. I have been to 2 different ORV parks in the past month. Each park has easy to difficult trail systems on which I pretty much restricted myself to moderate or lower. Mostly 4 low under 5 mph stuff. I have used the ATRAC, CRAWL, and Multi-terrain functions at both locations. Some good flexing, lots of dragging the brakes, and a couple of very low speed drags on the step bars or skids. Nothing leaving any apparent damage. I have a dealer installed Bilstein 5100 leveling kit set on the fronts @ 1.75" of lift. I have road driven the truck for a couple months after install without any indicators of trouble with the install.

Here is my dilemma. At some point on each day while I was trail riding the ABS light came on and stayed on. No flashing that I noticed. Simply steady on. Pumping the brakes wouldn't turn it off. At the first park simply shifting back into 4 Hi at the end of the day turned the light off. At the second park even shifting into 2 Hi didn't disengage the light. But when I turned off the truck to air up, and restarted it afterward the light didn't come back on. On both occasions the light has stayed off once I hit civilized road and left the trail riding behind. So I don't know if all of the trail braking is sending a signal to the ABS or if one of the wires may have been damaged during the shock install. I'm leaning toward no wire damage since this only shows up in 4 Low and on the trails. I was just wondering if anyone else has seen this. I don't see any point in taking it to a dealer yet, because by the time I get there the light will have gone off and there probably won't be a code to read.

Any ideas? It's not a deal breaker and I'm not worried about the problem yet. It just has me kind of mystified.....

It's normal for the ABS light to come on when the E-Locker is engaged. I've also noticed the ABS light coming on during extended 4Lo use without using the locker, but it has always gone off once back on pavement in 2WD. However, a few days ago I was comparing my 4WD system with that of my son's 4th gen full time 4WD system and noticed the ABS light was on when in 4Lo and would go off when shifted into 4Hi. This was just going back and forth in the driveway. I just went outside and tried it again and could not recreate it, but did confirm the ABS light comes on when the E-Locker is engaged.

Don't know what to tell you other than I have had the ABS light come on too when in normal 4Lo operation. Can't tell if there is a real malfunction and ABS is working under normal 2WD operation.

Thanks. I figured it might be something like that. And I was in 4 lo and locked for long periods on both occasions.
