Aftermarket Bluetooth for factory set up question.

I have a 2010 SR5 without nav, and do not have the factory bluetooth. I have seen a couple of aftermarket options that work with the factory radio and am not sure if any of these options will work or how well they work. Has anyone bought an aftermarket Bluetooth plug-in set up? If so, which one, how was the cost, and how easy was it to install?
