Alignment confusion, no more threads left on OTRE?

My 4runner was involved in an accident and subsequently sent to a repair shop. They called saying they got everything back where it should be except for the toe. Both wheels are facing 1.2 degrees in, and there's no more thread left on the right OTRE, and the left only has half a turn on the jam nut left before its out of thread as well. What could be causing that if everything else is right smack dab in the middle of adjustment?

Are they using your original OTRE's or new aftermarket.? Most shops use after market parts for insurance claims. I suspect aftermarket parts or they have no clue how to adjust toe.

I had oem otre installed on both sides a few months ago.

I have CarQuest and they align just fine.
