Post lift(toytec 1.68" 5100@ 1.75, 2" icon rear) and TC UCA truck doesn't track straight anymore, and wheel is no longer center(wheel centered; truck veers left, making truck drive straight; wheel is off to the right a few degrees) truck mainly tracks right now

The numbers look good, I would see if they can align it again since the steering wheel is off center.

Steering wheel centering is a matter of shortening one tie rod and lengthening the other by an equal amount to center it up. Since the indicated "after" toe is the same for both wheels, it looks to me like the alignment tech didn't lock the steering wheel in the centered position before he did the alignment. You just need to go back and have him fix that - shouldn't affect any of the other settings.

That's what I am thinking as well, the numbers look good; they probably had it slip on the holder a bit while they were fussing with the caster camber. It's not the first time it's happened (I have done it once or twice where I've pushed the wheel a bit too hard and popped the holder off the steering wheel... fun times)
