What island you on? Did you check your camber/caster bolts? You said you haven't touched the uca bushings, you should look into replacing the whole uca and get after market ones. Just installed these not too long ago and took me about 3-4 hours give or take to install myself Light Racing Adjustable Upper Control Arms Toyota 4-Runner 1996-2002

I'm on the big island , I installed new everything in the front end except UCA bushings , I was thinking of investing in aftermarket UCA but wanna make sure that if I change my bushings or arms it'll correct tha problem ?!?

I'm on the same island too, soo yah before you buy anything make sure to check the lca cam bolts, if you still deciding to get some uca's you should jump on this deal http://www.toyota-4runner.org/3rd-gen-t4rs/177014-gauging-interest-uca-group-buy-5.html

yeah installed myself ........ i realized my upper ball joints arent seating properly looks like theyre on the tip of the threads and this seems to be causing the play in the alignment ??
