Alternative winch mount bumper design

Just started dev for the 2012+ Tacos, this is our initial prototype. Just figured you guys might want to see this.
Ok, first, ignore the bumper cover, it's a POS used purely for development as Larry just didnt want us hacking on his pretty white one for some reason.
We are going to move the shackle mounts in about 2" and there will be two 4" round holes in between the ovals there now (partly for drainage, and to provide access holes to let you bolt on your winch after you mount the bumper). As you can see the factory recovery loop is very accessible.
This will go to CAD Monday where we will make adjustments to the shackle mounts, light tabs, some contouring along the bottom and add some bumper cover support that you won't be able to see.
It will take a few weeks to get a real production grade prototype back after which we will mount it to test for accuracy and see if any adjustments need to be made. Then another 2 weeks or so to produce the first batch.
No pricing yet until we get it in to CAD and map out production methods.

Any updates on the 4Runner model? I'm very interested in this!

Wonder if they are still thinking of developing one for 4runners?
Haven't heard much from BudBuilt on the version for the 14's yet either.
Oh well, 14's are still pretty new and like a lot of folks have pointed out, the companies that make stuff for our rigs are a bit smaller operations and most of their handiwork is hand built.
Gives me time to save $$$ anyways!

No, not yet. We moved about 40 miles SW to Granbury, Texas so between the move, including moving production, a redesign on the 05-11 Taco and designing a new 07-13 Tundra bumper I've been a busy boy.
I'll have to pause for a few months to let everything catch up and get through some sponsored events around the country (Lonestar Jambo, FJ NE Run and the FJ Summit if anyone is going) but this is next on my list, just need to decide what years to attack first.
The 14+ is going to be tough. I'm wondering who wants to hack a big section out of their nose, which on the 14 is about the whole front. If you want bash protection the midsection has gotta go.
The 10-13 is doable I think but will still need some wizardry with tying in the plastic.
I'm not saying the 14+ isn't doable, aesthetically it's screaming for one of our bumpers, but boy I wouldn't want to mess up that cut! I have no idea what a replacement nose would cost if you ever wanted to go back stock.
