The aluminum version with or without tube will be the exact same design as the steel version, the bull bar will look the same. The only difference will be in the material (1/4" aluminum with 1" thick shackle tabs as opposed to the 3/4" tabs on steel).

The mounting, recovery points, winch plate, and all three faces are tied together allowing for plenty of strength for winching/recovery.

A Zeon will fit with a solenoid relocation kit from Warn. The Warn VR series will fit without relocating the solenoid. Both good options!

I have a 30” Baja I don’t want to give up, behind the grill. Obviously my Rago mounts will not work. And even if a bracket was made to work the install video shows the OE bumper being installed first, then your bumper. Yet other slimline type bumpers you can install the OE bumper last, allowing a behind the grill light to be install if there was a bracket solution and easier install.

I suppose it could be mounted on top of your bumper in front of the grill with no bar....? Not as clean and little theft deterrent though.

I'll have to look into how those brackets mount, but a mount that works could be installed before both bumpers are installed. The reason our bumper is installed after the OE bumper is to have a clean, factory looking gap. Our bumper will overlap the cut edge some so it is not visible when installed.

There are two holes on the top of the bumper you might be able to make work, but are designed more so for pod lights.

I ended up going with steel. But it came today! Impressed with how its packed. Took a pretty good shot in the side but that just hit the foam. Not a scratch!
