[MENTION=134037]singletrackftw[/MENTION] are the spacers a must? Had you put the lift on and realized you would need them? I'm thinking about going with same setup but wasn't sure how necessary the spacers were.

If you don't do the small 10mm spacers up front you will end up with some pretty significant rake, slightly worse than stock rake. The spacers truly help make it a 2.5 front lift and a 2" rear lift and even that still has rake but it looks fine IMO

Also, don't be discouraged to use these spacers. I hate the idea of spacers as a lift because it seems sketchy to me, but these are so small and they go ON TOP of the strut mount so they won't have a single negative performance effect on how your truck rides or handles off road. I'm not a fan of "spacer lifts" but I'm really digging this setup because it's not a "spacer lift". It's a true coil lift and it works so well.

Rule #1 NEVER have a dealership install aftermarket parts. They will charge you out the butt.
My guy in chandler Az @ Desert Car Care does entire coilover installs WITH alignment for $351 OTD. If you only did fronts or rears separately he charges $170 OTD with alignment.

God I love you. I'm in AZ too and was worrying about where to go. Now I know.
But back to the other question, did you use 4 spacers, all 10mm? That's what I'm confused about because that would just make the front and back both 10mm higher. So why even need them?

Lemme explain:
1. Ask for Mike Tibbetts @ Desert Car Care on McQueen & Az ave. he's my guy and he does really great work. Tell him Tyler Rice referred you.
2. Both of the front struts get a 10mm OME polyurethane spacer whereas ONLY the driver REAR gets 1 single 10mm TRIM PACKER to compensate for the slight drivers rear lean that our 5th gens have. It's a real thing.

rear SINGLE sided trim packer (goes on top of coil rather than on top of strut)
I bought all my suspension goodies from Wheelersoffroad.com except for my bilstein struts. They have good prices and amazing CS & knowledge.

Awesome. You're the man. Definitely going with this setup or something very close. I'm considering the wheelers t13 coils for the rear. Not that I have any issue with spacers, I don't, but that might give me slightly less lift. Still contemplating that because I will have 275s and don't want any rubbing.

I highly doubt you would have any rubbing with my setup and 275's. Especially if your wheels are less aggressive than mine -10 offset

How do you think the 1.5 in the rear would work out with no spacers in the front but only 1 in the rear on passenger side? I don't have KDSS either and I thought that's where the lean comes from. How were you able to notice your lean?

The more I read about the lean the more I saw some people with NON KDSS runners also had it. So I took the chance and had the spacer installed and sure enough my rears are perfectly level whenever I measure them. 1.5 in the rear and no spacer up front should be perfect!

What I want- I would like to have the rear set 1 and 1/2 inches higher with the whole vehicle level ( no front rake).
1.How/can I do this using only Billstein 5100 and spacers? (Settings,size of spacers,etc.)
2. Is this recommended?

This is all a matter of personal preference, I suppose. For me, the ride is vastly improved--much more solid. Gone is the mushiness. Gone is the nose dive on braking. Yet the ride is not harsh. Bumps in the road might be ever so slightly better absorbed.
I did Bilstein 5100 on all 4 corners, set to 1.75 in front, with 1" Cornfed spacers in back. It is also important to note that I have KDSS, but that should really only affect sway.

Follow up question:
You still have a front rake. Can I use my existing 1 inch Cornfed with a rear 1.5 spacer to level out the "look"?
