Figure this may help someone else thinking about going for a mild lift with 5100's and trying to decide between .85" and 1.75", and what to do in the rear. This contemplates the Wheeler T13 and OME 2895E rear springs. I didn't do the math for spacers because the only rear spacer I'm planning on using is the OME 10mm trim packer to even out the LF lean. Stock measurements are based on my '14 SR5 4x4, passenger side on level ground. (My LF measured .5" lower than the RF, rears were the same.) This assumes that the resulting lift heights are as advertised, although we know those tolerances can vary.
Front heights, measured from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender, and from the ground to the frame at the body mount:
Stock - 20.5" | 14"

Rear height measured from the center of the hub to the bottom of the fender, and from the ground to the frame at the arm mount:

(Side note on the T13 and 2895E: the T13 is advertised as having a 12% increase over the stock spring rate. The 2895E is advertised as having a 260lb spring rate. This gives the T13 a 195lb rate, and the stock spring a 174lb rate.)
The stock rake is tail-high 1.5" at the fenders, and .5" on the frame. Here's a comparison of what rake you can expect at the fenders and the frame with these different combinations (positive numbers are tail-high, negative numbers are nose high):

Again, tolerances vary from truck to truck, YMMV. These numbers are extrapolated, I haven't installed and measured all these combinations. I'd be interested to see how real world measurements stack up to these numbers. That aside, this should give you a decent idea of what to expect with a mild 5100 lift, and on the face of it these numbers appear to agree with the conventional wisdom (.85 is fine with stock rear springs if you're not going to be hauling heavy loads, above that you'll want to raise the rear, or you'll be nose-high). Of these, the most level are the .85 and stock rear springs, or 1.75 with a 10mm spacer up front and the T13s out back.
