ANTMAN'S Thread

yea..and the poly razz-a-ma-tazz love juice on the sidewalls, really makes that premier, off road, mean machine look purty....:croc:

Even with your camera skills, I'm calling it now...T4ROTM for March = Antman! Early congrats, well deserved!

I am proud to be a semi-poser. PROUD!

I've seen you drive off road so you, my friend, are no longer a poser. Well, maybe still a semi since you were driving my truck

Seriously, they look great. Are there are any generic black covers out there that you could use because I'm wondering if dirt or grime can get stuck in there.....?......

I love driving on the dirt, but scratches all over my paint (that don't buff out) would piss me off!

They make a low profile cover, but it still looks like sh!t. They both screw into the front with 2 allen bolts (and the cover has plastic molded-in allen heads so it's like- :suspicious:)

I could make some covers, but dirt won't hurt anything getting in there. It's honestly worse with the cover because anything that gets in there will most likely stay and make even more rust.

While the Trail hood is nice looking I do not like the reflection of the sun from the back of the little hood scoop. I am sure you have noticed this. I have sprayed some Sight Black, for gun sights, on mine as it comes off real easy. It stops the glare into ones eyes but I would like a more attractive and practical solution. Anybody got any ideas?

Hey L-BAR try vinyl wrap. Many of the guys here have done it as it is a pretty straight forward install. Lots of colors to choose from with many of them being very close to the Toyota colors as well.

Ah....I see you did the ol' ANTMAN mod to your tractor phillyd....

Did he refuse to take that offroad too? :deadhorse:

Youus guyses are just jealous.

Good people on this forum you know.

I got to drive the tractor, the quad, the 4Runner, and the Beemer (FAST!) but that jerk never let me drive that John Deer mower. You believe that?

At least Dave's Rigid's aren't crooked now...:suspicious:

It was a fun day spent B/S'ing 4Runner stuff and throwing ideas around- like Top Secret Mods possibly to come. . . . . .

You were on 22 crossing over 924. I was at the light on 924, just picked up the kid from Bel Air HS. I recognized it right away, pics don't do it justice! Made me instantly jealous while sitting in my jalopy Tahoe lol
