Dude says its a 97 with 190k on the OD. I can't get the VIN till this evening.

There is certainly a cultural difference to be aware of, but I didn't see the usual tell-tale signs of neglect from the few pictures he posted.

Can anybody do a VIN check if I can get the #?

Just curious, what was the advice? I'm in LC,NM (40 minutes from EP) and might have been over that way today.

It was that the 4runner had been hit and maybe the guy wasn't as upfront about it as he could have been.

It's funny, my parents live in Alamo. Dad was in the Air Force and did his last assignment at Holloman. Just drive through LC over the holidays.
