Anyone else with BP notice tiny little rust speckles in the paint?

The back of our MINI used to pick these specs up badly. Not so bad anymore thanks the me being better about waxing.

Used to happen to cars shipped by rail. Rail dust it was called. Most new cars now are shipped with the white plastic sheets stuck to their big body panels.
