Anyone installed the 5th gen mirror covers with the blinker and puddle lights?

There might some showings somewhere out there but I havent found them. I just started looking for some again last year and couldn't find these exact ones anywhere. There aren't any on Aliexpress or Ebay from what I've seen and the Amazon one is no longer listed either. I did find a similar one on Ali but it has a weird chrome piece inside the signal led and I dont care for the "split" look. Also they're around $220 now. I think I'd rather buy a used set and make my own at this point.

I'm also looking hard at a 360 camera system and figure this would be a great time if you already had the mirror body apart assuming theres enough room for the camera body. Hmmm...

So how have these things held up over the few that went through with it. Any need to replace the leds or anything?

Found the same ones...they're actually $240 now. Pretty steep.

Still rocking them. No trouble to report (LEDs still work fine). One of the nicest mods I've done.

Regarding the pricing. I have this to add: Where else are you going to get them? Our rigs are getting older and this item will eventually disappear. This is why I got a "spare" on fleabay. Paid $240 for it recently and the seller had it painted to match my truck.

True...obsolescence and low volume drive the price higher. And it's not too bad all things considered, especially $240 already painted.

I did see an the same Avest, unpainted set for $200 shipped on Ebay. So that's another option.

Glad to hear yours is holding up. I still really like the idea of these even after not having pulled the trigger all these years. Lol. I'll end up buying a set or modding mine at some point.
