Anyone running a 1" spacer with the Bilstein 6112 setup ?

Hello everyone im sure this was brought up before but i was wondering if anyone installed the Bilstein 6112 struts/springs in front and then added a 1" strut spacer? Only reason im asking is i put 2" rear springs with the 5100 bilstein struts and the fronts are maxed out but i still feel like it has some rake. Is it okay to add the 1" SPACER? BTW i have a 16 trail premium with KDSS. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

So you're on the 2.75" height mark and want to add another 2 inches of height? Or you want a 1/2" spacer to give 1" of lift?

The front suspension isn't very well designed to be run at nearly 4 inches of lift. Even at 3 inches it'll ride pretty poorly. And it doesn't matter what the shocks are doing, the angle of the control arms will inherently cause poor handling and rough ride. If you want much more in the front you should look at a bracket lift or long travel.

I'm sure it *can* be done. I would not do it. I would lower the rear springs or accept the rake. Also just FYI - the rake is intentional. The frame is level from the factory. The rear wheel wells are taller. Look at the roof line and it's probably closer to level than you might think.
