To the left of where we entered fish creek. Might have been the power line road? You can't miss it. There's trash everywhere and bullet holes in everything.

By the time I caught up, Miah was hanging out and Chris just told me let's go, so I followed him and then we were shooting, hahah. Definitely remember it being off to the left of Fish Creek though. I should have marked it on the map.

Yep left at train tracks and follow until until u stop seeing no shooting signs and start seeing shooting rules signs

The canyons are still in good shape. It was much dryer than it was a couple of weeks ago (more time since the last set of storms). We got out there later than planned, so the agenda changed and we ended up doing a similar route as we did on Sunday from the T4R trip. As expected, a lot of sand/dirt was washed away exposing more rock. North Fork was rockier and there is a new drop off a little east of the the "squeeze." There was a traffic jam in Sandstone Canyon when a group of 12 Jeeps showed up while we were eating before the first obstacle. We all jumped in my buddy's Jeep and left the other trucks behind so it would be easier to cut in line. We made it the last turn around past the second and third obstacles. It was great to see the rest of that canyon.

Those videos were a joy to watch. You guys are hard core with beautiful rigs to show for it.
So what happens if someone feels uncomfortable with that Canyon obstacle? Group shaming? Public flagellation? I would love to make a group ride but that Canyon made me pucker. I would hate to make contact with one of the doors on that rock. :hiding:

Don't have to do anything you don't feel comfortable with, but we've got excellent spotters in the group and I've never felt like I was going to hit something.

A few rigs stayed behind. We didn't go much further after the obstacle before we turned around so there's no pressure to do what you don't want to do.

If we were taking a route where damage is likely or required a built rig we would make it very clear before the run. So ya it's up to you if you want to push your truck to its limit or take it easy, either way the group would support your decision. So next time don't be scared and come with us!

I am looking forward to it. I used to do group motorcycle rides back in my younger days and those are great memories. This community has been really welcoming and positive. I look forward to meeting some of ya in person when an opportunity presents itself. I may try to make a day or one night to Joshua Tree during that grup trip in March. It may be my boys first camping trip.
