Let me get this straight -- simply assuming that a doctor would have more financial resources than an average person to buy you out is taking sides??? I can't believe this. I have been away from this board for a few days and look at what has broken out. GatorGreg, if I decide to trade in my 4Runner, does that mean I get banned for no reason? You are breaking the rules that you expect the members of the board to follow. After reading all of this garbage, I am considering leaving the board. 
So... after coming onto a forum which I generally enjoy reading, I see this bullshit? It started with a member asking the "management" for a possible subforum dedicated to 4runners that were primarily on the street.
Then, a decision was made by one person, not the majority of the forum, not even the two parties running the forum to change the name of the site. Thai was in no way out of line questioning the decision, it was clearly made seeking a response from Thai, how childish. You're not seven years old, you don't need to instigate some petty argument in front of your buddies to solicit a response. Very mature. You knew damn well that you should have consulted him in this type of a decision.
From there it shifted to personal attacks from two of the more respectable people here.
Help me understand this: Thai and GatorGreg were at one point friends who decided to start a forum dedicated to a vehicle they both shared a passion for? The two of them then inquired into a domain name and hosting and decided it would be best to put it in one person's name? Seeing as how they were friends this was no big deal... they helped eachother develop the forums and both contributed a great deal. Something got in between them and someone decided it was a good idea to make a boorish attack on said former friend.
How old are you people? This is the kind of ***** BS I would expect to see in an 11th grade classroom. To bicker is one thing, keep it in context, stay focused on whatever the fuck the matter at hand is. Don't break your own rules then expect others to follow them and CERTAINLY don't have the audacity to threaten to ban people for expressing their views on the matter. I hope to hell that you never run a company, this is by far the most piss-poor display of leadership skills I have ever seen. Get over yourself. Get off your high horse and take a look around.
You own a domain name. Whoopty ******* doo. Without the support and respect of those around you, you are nothing.
I really want to see this forum just brush this one off, but it won't happen under the current "leadership". I thank all of you for the knowledge you have shared with myself and the countless others who have visited this forum. I'm not going to support this forum as long as there is an inept and clueless person in charge.
GatorGreg: While I'm sure this in no way will sway your views or alter your life, I leave you with this; leave the petty ******** at the door, whatever personal issues you have with Thai that was the most unprofessional way of going about handling them. I have lost all respect for you, to personally attack him like that was absolutely repulsive. Grow up.
