are both headlights in the '96-'02 grounded separately?

does the right passenger side headlight have a separate ground from the left driver side headlight, or do they both share only the same common ground via the positive battery terminal?

12v goes from battery thru "Head Relay" when light switch is on. This is spliced to both headlights before going through the individual "Head" fuses. Ground is actually switched thru the combination switch and fed on either the Hi or Lo beam wire. There is a splice point in the engine compartment where these two wires split. Blue with Black trace and Red with Yellow trace are your targets.
