Are White Letter Tires Tacky or Cool?

BradB · 2012-04-10T01:03:54+00:00

Let me explain...I am new to truck ownership. The T4R is my first. I need new tires and just realized what I chose is emblazened with white letters. Should I flip 'em? On one hand I think it's tacky. On the other hand, maybe not so bad, I see Jeeps and Pickups with them, then, the 4Runner isn't either. So what do the "cool" folks who have 4Runners say? ;):

Not my cup of tea. Tacky like a Jeep.

Very pleased with my final decision. They look great, IMO.

The Michelins are very quiet. Really compliant, great ride. Lighter steering than my previous tires. Rolls easier, would not be suprised if MPG is better. Very happy!
