Damn! I need to check this more often. I live here and I didn't know this was happening. I hope the 12 day free permit one happens. I can see the neighborhoods complaint. I used to love that trail but now its constantly busy and full of rental buggies that hoon around. The Red Rock Jeep Tours aren't friendly either.
