So, rolled the window down to load in some folding chairs using the keyfob. Now it won't roll back up. The switch in the cab doesn't seem to do anything or make it move up or down. The key slot in the door itself has been seized since i bought it so i can't use that. Any ideas? Disconnect the battery or something? This is super annoying particularly because i'm not home at a family dinner and it's like snowing lightly/raining.

Are you talking about the rear window? In my 3rd gen, my rear window would not roll down or roll up (i could feel/hear the window trying to roll up but nothing) so I took it in to get it inspected. Turns out that when I had surfboards on top of my truck/inside my truck, I think either a surfboard or a lawn mower pushed against the window making it go off track. See if you can feel something when you insert the key in the back to attempt rolling the window back up. If you can, most likely something inside your 4R pushed the window off track. Did you recently have something in the back that somehow made contact with the back window?
NVM, I just read the part about the key slot. Maybe try having someone else roll the window back up in the front while you stay in the back with your ears open for any movement. Good luck
Yes, check the window lock switch on the drivers side door. If this switch is depressed you can roll down the rear window with your key fob but you will not be able to roll up the rear window with the switch on the dash / center console. I had this issue with my Sequoia. Should work the same way. Just turn off the window lock switch and just use the swich on the dash / center console for the rear window.
