Bad hesitation lower rpm

Just bought my T4R and working out all the kinks. My latest issue is hesitation in lower rpm's. If I just floor it (parked or driving) is bogs down while climbing rpm's. It clears up around 2k rpm or so. If I just ease into the pedal (both parked and driving) it doesn't do it.

2000 limited 3.4 250k miles
Lately I have done the following maintenance:
Water pump
Timing belt
Thermostat
Spark plugs
Valve cover gaskets
Oil change
Coolant flush

Clean throttle body, MAF. Check O2 sensor. Check fuel pressure. Just throwing ideas out there.
