BajaRack Low Profile Rack for 5th Gen - Anyone having long-term issues?

I purchased my BajaRack through a group sale on this forum back in late 2018. Within a year, the front end of it started showing signs of rust. Now, the entire thing has signs of rust and whatever coating on it is peeling. What can I do to repair/fix my rack?

Edit: I did purchase their ladder almost 2 years ago and absolutely no hint of rust on it. Therefore, I'm guessing, did BajaRack change the coating they were using on their products?

I've not had any issues, the only rust I have is from the nuts holding on the wind faring which don't appear to be stainless. No issues with the coating on the rack itself
